The regulations applicable for the attorney Martin Gutsche consist of the
Federal Code for the Legal Profession (BRAO), the Rules of Professional
Practice (BORA) , the Lawyers’ Fees Act (RVG) and the European Union Code of
Conduct for Attorneys, available under www.brak.de. The competent authority is
the Berlin Bar Association, Littenstraße 9, 10179 Berlin. The legal
occupational title in the Federal Republic of Germany is “Rechtsanwalt”. Martin
Gutsche is authorized to use said title, equivalent to the title “Attorney”.
The regulations applicable for the notary Martin Gutsche consist of the Federal
Notary Act (BNotO), the Notarization Act (BeurkG), the Court and Notarial Fees
Act (GNotKG), the official Regulations for Notaries (DONot), official
Regulations on the Keeping of Notarial Files and Registers (NotAktVV) the
European Code of Notarial Conduct and the guidelines of the Berlin Chamber of
Notaries, available under www.bnotk.de. The legal
occupational title in the Federal Republic of Germany is “Notar”. Martin
Gutsche is authorized to use said title, equivalent to “notary“. He is
authorized to practice in the state of Berlin. The competent authority is the
Berlin Chamber of Notaries, Littenstraße 10, 10179 Berlin.
The supervisory authority responsible for the notary is the President of the Berlin Regional Court, the President of the Superior Court of Justice, and the Berlin Senate Administration for Justice, Consumer Protection and Anti-Discrimination.
The regulations applicable for the tax advisor Martin Gutsche consist of the
Tax Consultants Act (StBerG), the Ordinance for the Implementation of the Tax
Consultants Act (DVStB), the code of conduct (BOStB) and the Tax Consultancy
Compensation Ordinance (StBVV), available under www.bstbk.de. The competent supervisory authority is the
Berlin Chamber of Tax Consultants, Wichmannstraße 6, 10787 Berlin (www.stbkammer-berlin.de). The legal occupational title in
the Federal Republic of Germany is “Steuerberater” and was conferred on Martin
Gutsche by the Berlin Senate Finance Administration.
Reference to section 51 of the Federal Code for the Legal Profession (BRAO):
Attorneys are obliged to maintain a professional liability insurance with a
minimum insurance cover of Euro 250,000.00. Respective details are provided in
section 51 of the Federal Code for the Legal Profession (BRAO).
Professional liability insurance: Allianz Versicherungs-AG, 10900 Berlin
Territorial validity: Within the European Union and the states of the Treaty on
the European Economic Area.
